Cloud Computing (Tech Fluency for HMRC Core Learning)

Cloud computing is a method of delivering computing services which includes servers, storage, databases, networking, software, analytics and intelligence.  The "Cloud" is the internet, so cloud computing essentially means delivering computing services over the internet. This cuts down on the amount of computing infrastructure that we have to provide ourselves. The main reasons for doing this are faster innovation, more flexible resources and economies of scale meaning that it's less costly to increase capacity.
