HMRC Digital Ambassador Core Learning

Welcome to the Digital Ambassadors Learning Journey.As a Digital Ambassador you play a crucial role in driving and supporting digital capability in HMRC. The Digital Ambassador role is voluntary and you will be allocated 10% of your working week to completing Digital Ambassador duties including learning and upskilling .Digital Ambassadors need to be confident in using and understanding a range of core Microsoft Apps which include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, Viva Engage, OneDrive and Outlook.By the end of this programme , you will be equipped with the confidence and expertise to champion digital initiatives and support your colleagues to use the most popular Microsoft Apps . Once all modules are completed you will also receive a Skillsoft digital badge and certificate of completion.Please be aware that this is generic app training and you should familiarise yourself with both HMRC governance and any specific Microsoft 365 governance relating to your Business Area.
